Spring seasonal cheese has sprung!

Our Spring seasonal cheese has finally landed … Rhubarb and Ginger.
Freshly harvested rhubarb, steamed then combined with our mature cheddar cheese and crystallised ginger, to create a sweet, fresh, vibrant burst of flavour and colour for our spring seasonal cheese.

This wonderful cheese will only be available until 30th June so grab it whilst you can!

20% of our proceeds from our seasonal range will be donated to the 2017 charity of our choice- Midlands Air Ambulance services based in Strensham.  They are local heroes saving lives and rescuing people since 1991, the charity counts on tremendous public support and donations.
We feel choosing a charity so close to home and our hearts was an opportunity not to be missed!

Please keep an eye out for our other seasonal cheeses … once they are gone, they are gone!!
