We make reasonable effort to ensure that all goods are dispatched in perfect condition.

Our dispatch days are Monday – Wednesday.

Our delivery days are Tuesday-Thursday.

Many of our products are perishable items. We store all our products in perfect conditions prior to dispatch, but we are not responsible for storage conditions after dispatch.

We will require a signature of receipt. If you are not available to sign for your products please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange a suitable day for delivery or if the order is a gift, to another address, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive it. If you wish for the order to be sent, with no signature receipt, Croome Cuisine will not be held responsible for any loss or damage therefore it is important to leave a message in the special instructions when you place the order. Goods may be delivered to alternative addresses or work-places to ensure receipt. We will not advise gift recipients of impending deliveries. You may contact us to change the delivery address, or date prior to you ordering.

Please ensure the correct delivery information is given when orders are placed, as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place is at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible for any parcels left without a signature taken.

Delivery is only within the UK Mainland.

You will receive an email from us notifying you when your order is dispatched. P&P is £5.00.
